Our reference checking process is one of the toughest to get through and often commented on as 'harder than applying for a mortgage' by professional tenants in Edinburgh. Letting agents often carry out those checks themselves but we feel this is better outsourced to professionals in a firm that is regulated by the FSA (Financial Services Authority).
