This is a simple one. We know voids are the last thing a landlord can afford. We have a two month notice period on all our properties and, because we advertise everywhere relevant and work our applicant leads well, we always find tenants to fill a property before it becomes empty.

Letting agents in Edinburgh often seem to think it is acceptable to have a few weeks void between tenants - we believe this should be avoided at all costs.
