A fully Managed Service is the most popular choice for landlords in Edinburgh. Property management can be a complex business, and we have found that 99% of our landlords opt for the Managed Service. This means you can be completely hands-off. We take care of everything from advertising and viewing to maintenance and collection of rent.

Some landlords just want to know the property is being well-managed by Clan Gordon, and are happy with a monthly Management Report each month but many of our clients look for more involvement than this and we are happy to discuss bespoke reporting arrangements.

Subject to viewing the property, Clan Gordon offers tiered fees with a lower percentage for management of high rental value properties in Edinburgh.
