This is worth considering if you are an overseas landlord or investor and want to have everything managed by Clan Gordon. We will look after your landlord registration, buildings and contents insurance, liaise with your factor and deal with any communal issues in blocks of flats.

We have a large number of overseas landlords. As it can be difficult for them to be involved in decision making relating to the property management in Edinburgh, they rely on our professional approach to ensure their investment is managed effectively on their behalf.
