Portfolio management in Edinburgh

We have a number of landlords with up to 45 properties under our management. Each landlord is provided with a dedicated Property Manager and bespoke reporting on their portfolio. This includes monthly updates on all properties with regard to rent, maintenance, tenancies and forward planning of major maintenance.

A good example of this forward planning is that we recently planned and executed the replacement of over 200 windows in 45 rented flats in Edinburgh for one of our portfolio landlords.
