As we grow, we are determined to retain our personal touch and stick to our principles. So we decided to do an annual survey to find out if our clients were happy and ask for recommendations for improvements. We are the first letting agency in Edinburgh to do this and publish all the results.
100% of landlords who responded said they would recommend Clan Gordon to their friends in Edinburgh. Letting agents often have to take a tough line with some tenants over deposit deductions, so it was great that over 95% of tenants would also recommend us.
