Guaranteed Rental Income Are you worried that your tenant will stop paying their rent or cause damage not covered by the deposit? Why not contact us and ask about our Guaranteed Rental Income scheme. Energy Performance Certificates All newly let property in Scotland must have an Energy Performance Certificate produced. The certificate must be made available to any viewers, and must be displayed at the property. The number of obligations being placed on a landlord is increasing.
