Update to the review below posted a year ago. Still excellent service all round and very glad we picked Clan Gordon as letting agent. We have an older property with more needs in maintenance and they take out the stress of dealing with these things remotely.

The team at Clan Gordon are beyond excellent. They are always easy to get hold of, and always reply very quickly, they deal with any issues immediately and over all deliver exceptional customer service. They are one of the most helpful, friendly and supportive letting agents we have come across.

We have both used several letting agents in Edinburgh and Clan Gordon have by far been the best. We were in the property for about two years and the staff were always really helpful and quick to rectify any issues we had, even out of hours.
