An active member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) for 17 years, Jonathan was co-opted onto the Residential Professional Group Board in 2011 with a special interest in the private rented sector (PRS).
Jonathan is now Chair of the PRS Forum. Jonathan also represents the RICS on the Scottish Government’s PRS Working Party and Joint Housing Policy and Delivery Group (JHPDG).
