Every property is unique; we deliberately maintain a high staff to property ratio to ensure we have the capacity to get to know each property, tenancy and landlord individually. Our current staff to property ratio is 1:42 – your property will never just be a number to us.

As a firm of Chartered Surveyors, we have been regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 2008. Our RICS membership means that we are audited annually to ensure our client account procedures, professional insurance, management contracts and legal documents are all correct and are fair to our landlord and tenant clients.

Although RICS provides an adequate level of regulation for our clients in terms of security and property investment protection, we have also chosen to become members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA). Joining ARLA provides additional protection for our clients and allows our staff to undertake ARLA’s rigorous training programmes.

Regulation through RICS and ARLA means that Clan Gordon clients – landlords and tenants – know that we always work in their best interest.

Landlords trust us with their most important assets, so it is vital that we can provide accurate information and advice, quickly. All staff have, or are working towards, the ARLA Propertymark Level 6 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management.
