Quarter 2 sees rent rise in all Edinburgh property types

Rental prices in Edinburgh rose in all flat sizes last quarter. One beds were up 6.6%, 2 beds by 8.8% and 3 beds by 7.2%. This is primarily due to demand continuing to outstrip supply.
