Just a few weeks ago, we shared the news that Clan Gordon had been shortlisted for Residential Letting Team of the Year at The Herald Property Awards for Scotland 2025. Today, we’re absolutely thrilled to announce that we won.
This is a huge milestone for our team. The Herald Property Awards are Scotland’s most prestigious property awards, now in their 20th year, to be crowned the winner in our category is an incredible honour.

Since our founders Andrew and Jonathan established Clan Gordon, we’ve been committed to doing things differently – putting compliance first, being transparent with our clients, and delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.

The past year has been transformative for Clan Gordon. We’ve grown our managed portfolio from 570 to over 712 properties, appointed dedicated Compliance and Maintenance Managers, introduced systems like FixFlo to make maintenance reporting faster for tenants, maintained 100% compliance across every property we manage, and led the way in challenging unclear regulatory guidance on lead pipe removal to secure clearer direction from the Scottish Government for landlords across the country.
But the numbers that mean the most to us are these – 97% of our tenants and 95% of our landlords rate our service as good or excellent. That’s what this award is really about – the trust our clients place in us every single day.
