Clan Gordon Shines With EA Masters Gold Award For The Fourth Year Running
We are thrilled to announce that Clan Gordon has once again been recognised with the prestigious EA Masters Gold Award. This accolade places our Edinburgh-based letting agency among the top 5% of letting agencies in the UK, highlighting our commitment to excellence in the lettings industry.
Delivering peace of mind to landlords across Edinburgh
At Clan Gordon, we know letting a property and finding your way around the lettings market can be challenging for landlords – especially for those new to the game. Our mission is to ensure landlords receive outstanding service so they have complete peace of mind that everything is taken care of for them. Our dedication to providing an exceptional customer experience, both for landlords and their tenants, has been recognised once again with the EA Masters Gold Award, confirming our place among the UK’s elite letting agencies.
The ultimate recognition
The EA Masters Gold rating signifies more than just a trophy – it represents a relentless pursuit of excellence in the property management sector. This prestigious recognition ensures Clan Gordon’s continued inclusion in the Best Estate Agent Guide, which includes letting agents.
Trusted by the best
Each year, EA Masters rigorously evaluates over 25,000 estate and letting agencies across the UK, identifying the top 5% based on marketing, service, and results. Clan Gordon’s Gold Award recognition is a testament to our outstanding performance and dedication to delivering excellence across every aspect of the property management service we provide.
Commitment to property letting excellence
Jonathan Gordon, Managing Director of Clan Gordon, expressed his delight and pride in receiving the award. “We are absolutely thrilled to have been recognised with the EA Masters Gold Award again. Our team works tirelessly to offer our customers the best service, and this recognition confirms that we consistently deliver the highest levels of service to the landlords and tenants we represent.
“This isn’t something we take for granted though. We are constantly looking for ways to continually improve our offering to make the lives of our landlords and tenants that bit easier. This year we have introduced a dedicated compliance manager and a maintenance manager to make it even easier for landlords to ensure they are meeting their obligations and providing a comfortable home for their tenants.”
