Transforming the Property
The flat required a complete renovation, from compliance updates to cosmetic improvements. With the landlord based in Germany, our team managed the entire process, keeping him updated every step of the way with weekly progress pictures and on-site visits.
The transformation included:

- Updated kitchen in partnership with Wren Kitchens, where the landlord selected the style and appliances
- Howdens flooring installed throughout
- Draught-proofing and new locks for the windows
- Full decoration and electrical light fittings updates
- New furnishings chosen by the landlord online
