In order to create legally correct tenancy agreements we need to know exactly who owns the property as detailed on the Title Deeds, so it is essential to provide full details of ownership.

The legal owner can be an individual, partnership or company.

If owned by individuals please supply full details of each joint owner.

For partnerships please supply partnership name and address and full details of each partner.

For companies please provide full details of ownership, beneficiaries and or the partnership name and all partners or the company name and all directors or owners who are beneficiaries or need to give permission.
