That’s why we’ve introduced our One Team structure – a clearer, more connected way of working that ensures expert support at every stage of your lettings journey.

One team, many specialists

When you join Clan Gordon, you’re not handed off to one overstretched contact. You’re supported by a team of specialists who each play a clear role in protecting your property.

New business & lettings

Your journey starts with Hannah Doig, Head of Lettings, and Steve Smith (BDM), Cameron Gilchrist-Brown, Malin Howard and Alesia and George.
They handle everything from valuations and pricing advice to marketing, photography and tenant vetting, making sure your property goes to market quickly and compliantly.

Property management

Once your tenants move in, Mike Brogan oversees your dedicated management team.
Every property is supported by Team 1 (Anna Furdal (SPM) & Matthew Welfare) or Team 2 (Gregor Thomson (SPM) & Hope Smith) – a paired structure that provides resilience and continuity. Each property is allocated to a specific team and the Senior Property Manager is the first point of contact for each of our landlords should they require any help or information.

You may hear from more than one of them but they operate as a single unit, sharing oversight of inspections, maintenance and day-to-day communication.

Maintenance & compliance

Day to day Maintenance requests flow through Juanita Cappilati and Talia Williams-Altun, who manage FixFlo and keep everything transparent and on track. For bigger issues your SPM may step in to assist as required.

For safety and compliance, Dominika Kreft ensures your property meets every legal requirement from certification to renewals and checks.

Accounts & client care

Payments, statements and financial queries are handled by Louise Orr (when not on maternity) and supported by Justine Phillips, with additional support from Ed Paine as required.

Why the change?

Landlords told us they wanted clarity on who does what at Clan Gordon, especially when multiple team members are involved. Our updated structure means there’s always cover when someone’s on leave and no waiting for a specific contact to return.

Who will be my main contact?
You’ll have both a Senior Property Manager and a Property Manager assigned to your property. Either can assist you directly and the wider team is always informed of your property’s details for seamless cover.

What happens when my Senior Property Manager is away?
Your Property Manager or another team member steps in immediately – so your property is never left unattended.

Do I still contact the same person for accounts and maintenance?
Yes. For payments or statements, you’ll reach Justine Phillips in Accounts. For maintenance related matters, contact Juanita Cappilati or Talia Williams-Altun via the FixFlo system.
