Clan Gordon Student Property Application

Thank you for your interest in applying for our advertised property. Before you begin, to pass the reference checks as a student, we ask that you either provide a UK based guarantors or pay 6 months’ rent in advance.

Please be aware that all applicants including guarantors, will undergo referencing carried out by an independent third‑party service called HomeLet. Any information you provide regarding your current residential status and guarantor financial details will be checked and verified as part of this process. Please note, if providing a guarantor their annual income or pension must meet 36 x your share of the rental to pass the checks.

If your application is successful and you are offered the property, a £200 holding deposit per tenant, will be required to secure the property off the market. This amount will be deducted from your final deposit amount in line with current regulations.

All applications are sent to the landlord for their consideration. We will be in touch as soon as we have a response from the landlord, generally, this will be within 24-48 hours.
