Tenant Survey Reveals 96% Would Recommend Clan Gordon To Others

At Clan Gordon, we know happy tenants make the best tenants, which is why we carry out an annual survey to make sure we’re getting things right. The 2021 results are just in, and we’re delighted to report overwhelming satisfaction with our service - 96% of respondents say they would recommend us to others.

How do we make sure our service stands head and shoulders above the rest? Investing in our staff is one of the biggest factors – all Clan Gordon agents are highly qualified ARLA Propertymark members who undergo regular training to update their skills.

So, what else did our survey reveal?

Covid Issues

Despite ongoing issues throughout the year with Covid measures interrupting visits to properties and delaying maintenance and repairs, few tenants reported being adversely affected by the pandemic.

Only 1% said they had trouble contacting a member of the Clan Gordon team and 73% reported no adverse impact at all.

Good Communication

When striving to keep tenants happy, good communication is key. Of the 138 tenants who responded to the survey, 87% said communication was always clear and 85% said we kept them well informed about any changes to our service.

Resolving Problems

For tenants, getting problems sorted with minimum fuss is important. 78% of respondents said problems were resolved quickly and 81% said there was nothing better the Clan Gordon team could have done to support them throughout the year.

We believe the most effective way to ensure we deliver the best possible service is to listen to our tenants. The feedback our tenants provided painted a really positive picture of our team and services:
